Lada Kenton-Dau is a medical doctor and advanced practitioner of Japanese acupuncture, EFT and naturopathy. When she was nine years old, after enduring the war in Cambodia, Lada and her family came to New Zealand to escape the killing fields. In 1996, Lada became the first female Cambodian woman in NZ to graduate as a doctor.

She now lives in Christchurch with her entrepreneur husband and their three children. In addition to raising a family and practicing medicine, Lada runs her own investment business and is also an accomplished dancer and artist. Lada has studied extensively the world's great religions and Shamanism. She incorporates the spiritual dimensions into her healing practice.  Lada has ran about 40 workshops on EFT, Magic Tapping for children, Goddess workshops over the last couple of years.
